SCP Training: Choosing a Location

Signing a lease or purchasing a commercial location is one of the biggest investments for small business owners. Join the St. Catharines Economic Development team as they discuss common issues that small business owners encounter and what to consider to help you avoid them. Topics include: what you need before you start looking, permits and zoning, who to contact for questions, and more!

* * Session is mandatory for all Starter Company Plus participants who currently have a brick-and-mortar location and those who are looking to get a brick-and-mortar location. If unsure, please contact SCEC staff **

Those involved in the business, such as a business partner, but are not Starter Company Plus participants may attend along with the participant (pre-registration is required). Non-participants cannot attend on behalf of a participant - credit for the session will not be given to the participant and they may be removed from the program.
