"Technolini" is a crescendo Kundalini yoga class experience, starting off with Eastern inspired deep house and melodic techno, peaking into industrial techno, at which point the kapalbhati (breath of fire) technique from Kundalini is utilized to sync music, breath and our heartbeat coherently, causing transformative activation and allowing us to profoundly come out of our minds and bodies. This can bring about great mental, physical, and spiritual awakenings.✨

Technolini extremely stimulates both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. The peak of the class is very intense, activating the sympathetic nervous system for people who experience depression, sluggishness, slowness, etc. The come down and relaxation at the end (savasana) activates the parasympathetic system, allowing people who deal with anxiety and restlessness to completely relax even more deeply than they would before.😍

The combination of music, breathwork and movement allows you to sync both the conscious and subconscious mind for a simultaneously grounding and out-of- body experience to heal and reach your highest potential.🙏

Namaliya is an American kundalini yoga instructor, music producer and student of the feminine arts. She has studied and lived in the US, India, Thailand, and the U.K. to obtain a master’s in international business. She specializes in yoga and sound therapy. She is passionate about elevating goddess consciousness and wellness in the world with Technolini, her music and teaching. She has been studying the Divine Feminine Arts for the last 3 years, and is very grateful to be on the path of saving the world with divine knowledge and share it with Vegas.

Directions: We are located at Fun Wellness Vegas, in the Executive Center Office Complex, 1455 E Tropicana Ave, Suite 100. See picture below for reference. If coming facing East on Tropicana Ave, take a right BEFORE Tamarus Street- unmarked, coming into our office complex. Then, take your first right, and we will be in the first building and suite on your right. If coming facing West on Tropicana Ave, take a left on Tamarus Street, and then a right into the Executive Center complex. Go straight past the first building, we are in the second building on your right, located in the first suite/office on your right.
