This class provides a safe place where you have full permission to be your most powerful, badass, sensual, rebellious and artistic self. A guided exploration of the inner rockstar and goddess that live within you. Bring your rockstar to the forefront! Charge your empowerment batteries with confidence that will be felt and seen in the real world and not just in the dance studio. The choreographed routine is intermediate but this experience is open to all levels.
