School of Ballet Nativity Recital: "Redemption" (Sunday)

Overview

This is a moving portrayal of Christ’s birth through classical & contemporary dance, celebrating the hope and grace of God’s redeeming love.

Redemption: A Nativity Ballet tells the timeless story of Christ’s birth through the beauty and expression of dance. Set to a rich blend of classical and sacred music, the production follows the journey from prophecy to the manger, revealing God’s plan to redeem humanity through His Son. With elegant choreography, expressive storytelling, and heartfelt worship, this ballet invites audiences to experience the wonder of the Nativity and the power of redemption that continues to transform hearts today.


Please note that the following younger classes may only perform for one show so please make sure you are requesting tickets for the correct show as follows:

  • Creative Movement A (K3) - Saturday only
  • Pre-Ballet A (K4) - Saturday only
  • Introduction to Ballet A (K5) - Saturday only
  • Creative Movement B (K3) - Sunday only
  • Pre-Ballet B (K4) - Sunday only
  • Introduction to Ballet B (K5) - Sunday only

All other classes will perform on both Saturday and Sunday.

This event is being held in the Performing Arts Center, Artusa Hall. There is no reserved seating, and all tickets are general admission for church pew seating. Please arrive early to select your seats. The venue has seating for 700 in pews on the main level, and space for an additional 250 in the balcony.

General Admission tickets are required for all guests over age 2. Flowers and cookies are also available on Eventbrite for pre-sales only.

INSTRUCTIONS:

If you are on a Mac computer, please use Chrome to reserve your tickets. Purchase as many tickets as you need, and please be aware that there is no reserved seating and all tickets are for general admission. Double check you cart before checking out. Be sure to print your tickets and bring them with you to the show.

FAQs

What are my parking options for the event?

Parking is best found in the Spartan Stadium Parking Lot, entering campus through Church Lane.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We request that all guests bring their printed ticket so that we can ensure proper seating quickly and our ballet will begin on time!

What time should I arrive?

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the show, and we start right on time.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

No outside food or drink is allowed in Artusa Hall, but there are wonderful options for food/snacks nearby GAC. No flash photography is allowed during the event.
