Scene Lab: Coached Improv Playtime

Whether you've just wrapped an improv class or been out of the scene for years, Scene Lab is your chance to strengthen those "yes, and" muscles and get some guided playtime with fellow improvisers.

Prerequisites for this lab are completion of Level 4 at any improv theater. Not sure if that’s you? Reach out to coach Kate Symes to see if this one's a good fit. We'll have more labs in the future for brand new improvisers too!

This time - we'll run a round-robin of light scene exercises with a mix of newer grads and experienced players. You’ll perform, watch, and offer (or receive) quick, constructive notes — nothing heavy-duty, just playful, practical reps.

At the end, we’ll break into small groups to perform short montage shows for each other. There's nothing better than performing for a live audience to get better at this craft!

Space is limited and spots are in demand - so I'm asking for a $5 registration fee to encourage yall to show up if you sign up. Can't wait to play with you all again in December!
