Scaled Professional Scrum with Rebel Scrum

When three or more Scrum teams work together to deliver a single Product, they need to find ways to manage dependencies and improve communication. Nexus - developed by the creators of Scrum - is the simplest way to scale Scrum. And that's what makes it great. When organizations scale, they often add too much complexity, which creates overhead and slows down delivery. The Nexus framework adds just enough - but not too much - structure to enable teams to focus on value delivery.
