In this Part 2 workshop we will provide a “how to” in terms of steps you can take with respect to the sale of your business, including what professional service providers you should consider engaging and how you might want to frame the process to your leadership team, other employees and customers. We will also explore common pitfalls that we have seen as a business owner is going thru the process of selling their business.
