Please join CAMEO on Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 10:00am to 12 :00 pm PT to learn the basics of SBA Microloan program lending compliance and reporting, equipping each participant with the knowledge and skills to navigate organizational policies, intermediary relationships with SBA, and TA grants successfully.

About the Instructor

This course being offered from CAMEO’s National CDFI Academy will be presented by Douglas Craven. Douglas recently joined CAMEO as the Senior Program Manager, CDFI Programs. Prior to joining CAMEO, Douglas spent more than 11 years at ECDI, the largest SBA Microloan Intermediary in the U.S. Douglas oversaw ECDI’s Strategic Partnership efforts and was responsible for cultivating new relationships, securing new sources of funding, managing all new proposals and collaborating with department heads to ensure accurate data collection and program management were met. In addition to Strategic Partnership duties, Douglas was responsible for the operation of ECDI’s Business Incubation & Innovation Center, home to ECDI’s wrap-around small business training services. He is a driving force of curriculum development and technology resources for entrepreneurs.

This course is specifically designed for finance/accounting staff that touch reporting, compliance officers, loan officers, lending operations managers, training/development officers. To ensure a focused and interactive learning environment, we encourage no more than 3 or 4 participants per organization.
