What This 90-Minute Workshop Will Include
This 90-minute workshop will include gentle teaching on how the nervous system responds to overload, stress, and emotional fatigue. As concepts are introduced, you will be guided through simple, hands-on somatic techniques so your body can experience what regulation feels like in real time. You will learn a guided somatic reset you can use in daily life to interrupt overwhelm and return to a grounded state more quickly. There will be time for quiet reflection and personal integration, allowing you to notice what is shifting for you internally. Optional sharing and Q&A will be available at the end for those who wish to engage. Participation is always at your comfort level, and you are free to listen, pause, or step away at any time as needed.
