This is a networking call, hence the name :-) We typically have time to put people in 2-3 break out rooms every week. Depending on attendance, break out rooms each have 2-5 people to foster easier individual connections.

Weekly, about halfway through the call, we call on an attendee (sometimes, people volunteer) as our Spotlight. They share a win with the community, plug one of their projects, refer someone we should all know about, or simply ask a question to the group. Then, they get to choose our exit song .

Yes, our call is meant for people who invest in Commercial Real Estate so weekly, we use the last 5-10mn of the call for "shameless plugs": during that time, anyone can raise their hands for roughly 30-60 seconds of plugging their business/fund, latest acquisition or sometimes coaching program.
