Save Our Waters Week 2025 Kayak Tour - BYO Kayak
COME PADDLE THE CRYSTAL RIVER with the staff from Florida Public Archaeology Network, St. Martins Marsh Aquatic Preserve, and Florida Park Service and learn the natural history of the river. Depart from Crystal River Preserve State Park – Visitor Center kayak launch, 3266 N. Sailboat Ave., Crystal River, FL 34428.
We'll meet on the NORTH SIDE of the boat basin.
Safety first! Participants must wear their life vests during the tour and must be able to maneuver their vessel independently for approximately 5 miles for this tour. We will not be in open water but on the Crystal River, where motorboat presence is expected.
Sunscreen, bug spray, water, and lunch/snacks are strongly encouraged, but these items will not be supplied.
