It takes a lot of effort to pull off an event every year and we are still rebuilding from canceled and remote events during the pandemic. Paired with a dwindling sponsorship and attendance, bluntly, 2024's event may be the last Cleveland GiveCamp unless we can change that.

Join us Thursday, October 26th from 5:30pm - 7:30pm for an evening of camaraderie and brainstorming at Masthead Brewery where we are looking for ideas and assistance in:

Sponsorship: It costs about $10k to host an event for ~70 people, most of that covers the cost of feeding everyone involved over the course of GiveCamp weekend. We need help securing sponsorships and/or grants. Is this something you can help with? We’d love to hear from you!

Organizers: There are a handful of us that volunteer to bring the annual event to life, but over the years we have had some vacancies in the organizing team that we have not yet re-filled. To keep Cleveland GiveCamp active, we need to add additional organizers to the Organizing Team. Are you willing to volunteer your time and talents to help bring GiveCamp 2024 to life? Come and talk to us!

Volunteers: Post COVID, we’ve had ~60-70 people involved per event. We’d love to get back to 125+ like we were in 2019. If you have connections within the local tech market, marketing expertise or experience recruiting volunteers, we could use your help in rebuilding GiveCamp to a larger scale.

Nonprofits: Over the last few years, we’ve noticed a decrease in the number of non-profits that have applied for potential GiveCamp projects and we’d like to increase that. Do you have a willingness to help us reach out to more non-profits so we can increase our impact? We can’t wait to talk to you!

If you already have one or more ideas about how we could improve our fundraising, volunteer recruitment and/or nonprofit outreach, please let us know -- or bring your idea(s) with you to Save GiveCamp Ideation Night. If not, just come prepared to brainstorm and plan.

Tickets are $10/person to help us offset the venue rental costs ($200). We will donate any additional funds to our next event.
