Join AV leaders from around the world at ISE 2026! SAVe will be offering a Certification program designed to align your organization with the United Nations’ 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing on Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production.

FIRST - EDUCATIONAL SESSION - BRINGING THE SDGS TO THE AV INDUSTRY

Part 1 - This educational session aims to highlight the urgent sustainability issues, such as climate change and e-waste, and the AV industry's role in these challenges. It seeks to empower participants with knowledge about sustainable practices in alignment with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal #12 - responsible manufacturing and consumption. Ultimately, the session introduces the SAVe initiative's certification program, promoting sustainable practices within the AV industry.

SECOND – SAVe CERTIFICATION WORKSHOP

Part 2 - This workshop is designed for participants to dive deeper into the SDGs and brainstorm ways their businesses can contribute to these global goals. Through fun and collaboration, participants work in teams to generate ideas that align their businesses with the assigned SDGs. The workshop concludes with a review of the ideas presented by each team.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, the SAVe Certification Process serves as an essential platform to foster sustainability within the AV industry. Beyond its educational component, the program provides practical resources, including a customized action plan and marketing materials, to seamlessly incorporate the SDGs into business operations. In the planning session, attendees will identify 2-3 SDGs goals to concentrate on. Following this, they will construct a detailed plan focused on these goals and submit it to SAVe for review and support.
