The Sausage Basics. We would love to welcome you into our kitchen for this fun day of Sausage Making! Includes 30 minute lecture on sausage history with recipe packet of food fix original recipes. We will be making Bulk Sweet Italian sausage, Bulk Chorizo, Breakfast Patties & Casing Food Fix Famous Bratwurst. Included In your Ticket is 2 Beers or Beverage of your Choice, a Light Lunch of Sandwiches & Salad and you will be able to bring home 1lb of each of the sausages that we make! Plus a bunch of Fun in the food fix kitchen! Tickets do Sell Fast so get um while you can!
