◇ About the class

Boxing doesn’t have to be loud.

Some Saturdays, you just want to move, sweat a little, and reset.

SATURDAY PUNCH is about hitting pause—with your gloves on.

A small group. Bags, mitts, maybe some partner drills.

No rush, no routine.

Just you, the rhythm, and the night.

The city’s buzzing.

You’re moving through it—one punch at a time.

◇ This might be for you if…

  • You’ve never boxed before, but always wanted to try
  • You’ve never worked out—or think you’re not “athletic”—but still want to move
  • You’re looking for something new in your life
  • You’ve quit every gym you joined
  • You like talking to people—or don’t, and that’s fine too
  • You want to enjoy moving at your own rhythm

◇ Class Flow

Stretch

We start soft—light stretching to open up your shoulders, hips, and breath.

A quiet shift from the buzz of the city to the rhythm of your own body.

No rush. Just settling in.

Warm-Up

We jump rope. We move.

Some shadowboxing to feel your stance and find your timing—jab, cross, one-two.

You’ll see yourself in the mirror and start to sync up with your own rhythm.

Mitt & Bag Work

One-on-one mitt work with the trainer.

We’ll guide you through basic punches and combinations, all at your pace.

Then hit the heavy bag—solo time to find your sound, your swing, your groove.

Partner Drills

Light contact work with a partner.

No sparring, no pressure.

It’s about reading movement, reacting to rhythm, feeling distance.

Less “fight,” more flow between two people moving in sync.

Cooldown

We wind down with slow stretching and deep breaths.

A few quiet minutes to bring it all together.

You’ll leave lighter—not just in body, but in mood.
