Retired naturalist-turned-interpreter Sandie Durand will guide visitors on a walk throughout the park to view and discuss native plants, fungi, and slime molds, including traditional human use of these resources. Open to all ages, no previous experience needed. The walk will be conducted at a leisurely pace but does require navigating slopes and a short, unpaved hiking trail. Wear comfortable walking shoes and be prepared for all weather conditions. Bug spray recommended.
