Weekly 75-minute Satsang Workshop, will help you practice meditation, while learning more about meditation and Satsang. These workshops are targeted for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Join this new online 'Satsang Workshop' that will introduce you to an ancient practice of meditation. This session is an informal one for beginners and there is a focus on explaining the process and how to learn and practice. These sessions always includes a deep silent meditation on transcendental light for 20 to 30 minutes. You are always welcome to ask questions post meditation.

Each Satsang Workshop is structured as follows:

• Satsang Overview and Introduction – 25 minutes – Beginner oriented introduction to meditation and Satsang and also instructions on how to meditate

• Practice – 30 minutes – Meditate in Silence on Transcendental Light, that starts with Music to help concentration (and help transition in & out of meditation)

• Interact – 20 minutes – Q&A and wrap-up

Join us to relax, refresh your energies, calm your mind, while developing an ability to concentrate, manage stress, focus on the present, increase self-awareness and reduce negative emotions.

Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning to deepen your journey, there’s something here for you.


Satsang Workshop – Now with In-Person Option

Saturday, 10:00 AM

Duration: 75 minutes (Overview • Silent Meditation • Q&A)

Location: 10304 Eaton Pl, Fairfax, VA 22030

We’re starting in a comfortable conference room setting (seating 6–25), with large windows overlooking greenery, as we await a dedicated meditation room.

You can still join online via Zoom if you prefer, but I’d love to see you in person as we create a shared, peaceful space.

If you’ve ever said, “I can’t quiet my mind”, these one-hour guided meditations are designed for you. With gentle instructions, calming music, and a step-by-step flow, they help you:
