About this event

    PNW T@B and T@G Team presents Sasquatch by the Sea!

    Join other nuCamp campers at this annual event to connect with new and existing friends. Explore the beautiful Oregon coast, check out camper mods, play yard games, test your knowledge with Trivia hosted by Quizmaster Brad, raffle giveaways and more! Feel free to participate in a shared meal - details to be determined at a later date.

    There are two ticket options available, so please pay close attention to what you select:

    • Rally Admission WITH Campsite provides you with admission to the rally as well as one of 21 campsites within the group loop. It is close proximity to the shelter, facilities, nuCamp friends and in the middle of all the action!
    • Rally Admission ONLY provides you only admission to the rally and does NOT include a campsite. Should you select this option you are responsible for making your own reservations. Campground reservations can be made directly through the Bastendorff Beach Campground (reservations open now!) or other local park. We recommend sites 72-81 (D Loop) as they are in close proximity and walking distance to all the action.

    Due to campground regulations regarding occupancy limits, attendance will be strictly limited to those who have secured admission through Eventbrite. In-person registration is not available.

    Frequently asked questions

    Can I attend if I have something other than a T@B or T@G?

    Yes! All nuCamp trailers, in-bed truck campers as well as their ancestors (Little Guy) are welcome. Even if you're in the market and just looking - come join our community, talk with others and learn more about why we love these campers!

    Can I check out other campers Mods?

    Absolutely! Mods, or modifications, are how many of us customize our campers to make them our own. All attendees will be given a flag which they may set out if they’re open to participate in a tour of their camper! Check out storage solutions, clever hacks, gear, and more.

    Is this event Kid and Pet friendly?

    Kids and well-behaved pets are welcome during all activities. Please be respectful to others and use discretion if you choose to bring your pet to any activities. We ask that pets not be brought into shelters during group meals and owners review the campground’s pet policy for any restrictions.

    When will I get my Items?

    Event Swag is available as an add-on to your registration fee until 7/31 at 1:00 PM to allow time for processing and shipping. Swag will be available for pickup at check-in during the weekend of the event!

    Do you keep a waitlist?

    Yes! In the event tickets for Rally Admission WITH Campsite sells out you will be able to sign up on a waitlist via Eventbrite. You will be notified by email if a ticket becomes available. You will have 24 hours to purchase before it moves to the next in line.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations with refunds will be available this year. In the event you are unable to attend, you can let us know by requesting a cancellation via Eventbrite.

    What is your Refund policy?

    A full refund for cancellations prior to 7/31 will be provided less any Eventbrite fees. Refunds for cancellations between 8/1-8/28 will be refunded at 50% less any Eventbrite fees. Swag orders on cancellations after 7/31 are non-refundable and will be shipped to you.

    What is my campsite number?

    If you selected Rally Admission WITH Campsite at checkout, you will be assigned one of 21 campsites within the group loop. You will receive your assigned campsite at least 7 days before check-in.

    Why is Sasquatch by the Sea 2025 so much smaller than 2024?

    We were unable to find a large enough campground to fit our needs. Additionally, to maintain quality of the event and to keep our spirit, we have decided to scale back the size of Sasquatch by the Sea. We’re hopeful that you will have as much fun as we think you will!

    Why did the location change this year?

    Fort Stevens is undergoing utility upgrades this year resulting various loop closures from Fall 2025 through Spring 2026.

    Can I transfer my reservation?

    Rally Admission WITH Campsite is non-transferable but you can submit a request for a refund through Eventbrite.

    Events are hosted by your admin team, Daniella S, Brad R, Jen O, Lori J, and Stacey R. Collectively we are located in Oregon and Washington states and we each own a nuCamp trailer. We organize free events a few times per year as volunteers with the goal of connecting others in the PNW with similar interests. We are not employed by or directly affiliated with Apache Camping or nuCamp, but occasionally partner with them as event sponsors. Registration fees may be asked for select events to help cover fees incurred by us as a result of shelter rentals or firewood.
