Can I send teams?

Yes. However there are different parameters for different types of organizations;

• For Customers please call +1 914 509 5354 and speak to Eventful Conferences Customer Sales team

• For vendors (Software, Service, Consulting or similar organizations) who are not sponsoring the conference, Eventful Conferences reserves the right to limit to a maximum of two full delegate passes. Please call +1 914 509 5354 and speak to Eventful Conferences Enablement team or email enablement@eventfulconferences.com

• For Sponsors please call +1 914 509 5354 and speak to Eventful Conferences Sponsor Sales team

What does my registration include?

• Entry into the conference and exhibition

• Access to each track of presentations, discussions and demonstrations

• A digital copy of all presentations upon completion of short a post-event survey

• Access to networking functions and special events

• Food and beverage

What is the Networking List?

The purpose of the Networking List is to facilitate delegates making contact with each other during and after the conference. The Networking List, included in the conference app, will include your name, company details and preferred phone number and you will have the ability to control what info is seen by whom.

Can I pay by another method?

Yes. If your company would rather issue a purchase order instead of using a credit card, just call or email. Please be aware that all invoices need to be settled before attending the conference.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, just call or email.

Is my registration transferable?

Yes. If you are unable to attend you can transfer your registration to someone else in your team, just call or email.

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes. However, cancellations can only be made up to 28 days before the conference after which time only alternate delegates will be accepted. All requests need to be directed to Eventful Conferences sales team.
