This exclusive, hands-on event puts you in the heart of the distilling process. Taste three unique barrels of Jacob Waltz Whiskey straight from the source, then fill and take home your own personally bottled selection. There will be one Bourbon, one American Single Malt and one Rye Whiskey.

Led by Head Distiller Brant Gasparek, this intimate tasting dives deep into the craft, flavors, and nuances of our award-winning whiskey.

And because no great whiskey should stand alone, our SanTan Catering + Events team is serving up a spread of Whiskey Stave Smoked Tri Tip, Gouda Mac and Cheese, and House Made Churros—crafted to pair perfectly with every sip.
