Santa Cares - December 14th

Outlets at Castle Rock will be turning down overhead music, eliminating the need to stand in line by using a reservation system that will prepare them for their visit with Santa. The sensory-friendly event will take place prior to public hours on Sundays from 10 AM to 11 AM, in a comforting and physically accommodating setting designed to lessen behavioral triggers associated with this bustling time of year.

Children within every spectrum of special needs and their families are invited to a private photo session, to experience the time-honored tradition of a visit with Santa Claus during dedicated hours. Please reserve your complimentary spot by reserving a ticket in advance.

As a courtesy to other guests, register as one (1) per family, please.

Visits with Santa are free and you may take photos with your phone. Photo packages that capture holiday memories will be available for purchase at the event, pricing varies by package.

Each visit is allotted a total of 7 minutes with Santa. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for check-in which will be inside our Customer Service area, located near Perfumania. Santa's Cottage is located on 3rd Street East Courtyard in front of Under Armour at Outlets at Castle Rock. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
