Sangha Studio Partnership Application

Are you a Studio, Clinic or Small Business Owner interested in joining the growth of Yoga in Alaska? This is for you!

What: AKYOGAFEST exists to bring a community-oriented, outdoor yoga festival to Alaska. Connecting both new and seasoned yogis with resources in their Alaskan community to continue practicing yoga year round. 

Who: We’ve crafted the Sangha Studio Partnership to connect STUDIOS with STUDENTS across the state of Alaska. Additionally, STUDIOS receive a discounted opportunity for their members to attend a fun, all-day, all you can yoga community event! There is no financial commitment to this partnership!

How it works: By becoming a Sangha Studio Partner, you get to sell exclusive AKYOGAFEST tickets. We issue you a custom discount code to use with your membership base, giving them access to early bird discounted pricing. All revenue received using your custom discount code will be totaled. You choose: 

• Donate 15% of all revenue from your ticket sales to our annual 501c3 nonprofit partner.

OR

• We issue you a commission payment via check by July 31st for 15% of all tickets sold using your direct link. This does not include any additional package options like swag.

What we ask of you:

• Promotion of AKYOGAFEST to your email list - we are happy to provide all content needed for this.
• Two or more promotions on your social media channels. 
• Post 2 flyers in your physical space and hold mini-flyers at your main counter - we are happy to provide the flyers, and assure they contain your custom promo code and a QR code for easy access!
• Optional: Opportunity to contribute a class pack/merch/other swag for our giveaway. Our MC gives a 1-minute spotlight of your business before we raffle the items off during the AKYOGAFEST event. 

What you get from us:

• Partner Page: A listing, logo and one photo on our website, including a link to your current website and offerings. Listings are displayed in alphabetical order, and include 150 words, up to 2 links, and social links.
• A similar listing in our day-of digital program, including your logo! 
• A minimum of 2 social media posts on the AKYOGAFEST Instagram that remixes your listing information, any relevant upcoming events and includes tags for your studio. We work with you to assure all content is mutually acceptable before posting!
• A custom-code for ticket purchases, as mentioned.
• The opportunity to include promotional materials for your studio at the AKYOGAFEST Admin/Info Booth on the day of. 
• PLUS: 1 FREE ticket to AKYOGAFEST for every 5 tickets sold using your promo code!

This is a 1 year commitment starting January 1st of each year and requires the signing of a brief agreement outlining deliverables and dates.
