About this event

Spirituality • Unaffiliated

You are warmly invited to morning of Balance as we welcome Samhain. We will gather to honour this powerful turning point on the Wheel of the Year. In the heart of Boyne Valley a landscape rich with sacred sites and ancient ritual. Samhain marks the end of the harvest and the beginning of the dark half (feminine energy), inviting reflection, release, and transformation.

We will journey through gentle elemental movement, nurturing the presence and stillness through our tea meditation. Guided breathwork practice to balance ourselves as we move forward.

We will close in community with shared food and conversation, nourishing body and spirit, and weaving connection with the old and new in this season of transition.

Come as you are, and leave feeling balanced, restored, and deeply aligned with the cycles of nature.
