- Salt therapy meets sound healing with a reiki master! Nurture your mind and body with an immersive full body listening experience while "bathing" in the vibrations from reiki-infused crystal singing bowls. Unplug, slow down, and take a breath. Each Salty Sound Bath includes 20 mins of halo(salt)therapy wherein a healing cloud of pharmaceutical grade salt is circulated through the room. This practice opens up airways and clears congestion for deeeeeep breathing and more meditative breaths. Clients will enjoy the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls while being immersed in a whimsical cloud of healing salt!
All sessions are mindfully hosted by Meditation & Mindfulness instructor Ayla Peacock: Reiki Master and 200 hr Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Ayla has been a Reiki Master since 2019. Her philosophy centers around finding a space where you can bloom into your most authentic self.
