Salsa Showdown

Rules and Regulations🌶️

1. Your favorite homemade recipe of salsa, you can use any kind of produce, various spices and other ingredients. All ingredients must be edible. Ingredients may be canned or fresh. All Salsa must be "homemade," not store bought.
2. Henderson Harley-Davidson will provide an assigned table, tasting cups, chips and a serving spoon for each contestant.
3. Each contestant must prepare a minimum of 8 cups of competition salsa. The salsa must be made from scratch.
4. Competitors must provide an ice cooler(or something to keep salsa cool) and ice to refrigerate your salsa. All salsa must be covered when not in use.
5. Each contestant will be assigned a number on the bottom of their judging cup.
6. Judges will vote for the salsa they liked best based on: taste/flavor, texture, spices, aroma, and color/visual appeal.
7. The decisions made by the judges are final!
