Salsa Fit "On the Go" is a one of a kind fitness class created by Stephanie Stevenson, aka The Princess of Salsa. You do not need to have any Salsa dance Experince.. This class started in her studio but she decided to take it outdoors to combnine it with the beauty of nature and hiking. ALl the clients wear headphones where only they can hear the music and instructuion so its a silent party workout while you listne to amazing Latin Music and party your way up the mountain!
