Salsa Connection: International Dance Exchange
Hosted by BAIS Calling all salsa enthusiasts — from seasoned dancers to curious beginners!
Join us for a unique Salsa Workshop & Community Exchange led by Edgar Hernández (Salsa MORE / Krausz Dance Studio), where the spotlight isn’t only on learning, but on sharing.
This event is designed to bring together dancers of intermediate and advanced levels from different cultures and backgrounds to connect, inspire, and exchange salsa knowledge.
What makes this event special?
While Edgar will guide and the organizer and main instructor during the session, any experienced dancer is welcome to contribute — whether it's a figure, styling tip, musicality concept, or partnering insight.
It’s an open, collaborative space to learn from each other.
And yes — beginners are also welcome!
Even if you’re just starting out, you’ll benefit greatly by observing and joining in at your own pace, learning directly from an active and diverse salsa community.
You can expect:
Warm-up and guided partner work
Shared demos and techniques from various dancers
Rotating partners and international vibe
Friendly, English-speaking environment
Focus on connection, creativity, and cultural exchange

Time: 17:00 - 18:00 (5:00 PM - 6:00 PM) – Please arrive 10 minutes early!

Price per person: 1,500 HUF paid at the spot to the instructor to cover the costs of the venue (Cash or Wise)200 HUF fee has to be paid at the entrance to the administrator of Roxy Studio
Self-funded. BAIS team members only collect money to cover the costs of the venue. The association as a legal entity is not involved in this transaction.

Dance shoes or smooth-soled shoes are recommended, but socks work too!
About the Instructor:
Edgar Hernández, with years of experience in Salsa and Latin rhythms brings a passion for movement and cultural authenticity. His teaching focuses on leading & following techniques, body movement, and musical expression.

Budapest Association for International Sports (BAIS) is a volunteer-based, youth-led non-profit organization with the mission of promoting physical activity, healthy lifestyle, intercultural understanding, active citizenship and participation through sport-based non-formal education.
