Salon Echoes: Schubert and Beyond

Program Notes

Step into the intimacy of Schubert’s Viennese salon with an evening of lyrical piano, beloved Lieder, and the joyful Trout Quintet. Paired with the haunting contemporary soundscape of Missy Mazzoli’s A Thousand Tongues, this program reflects on Romantic longing through both timeless and modern voices, uniting current and former BSM faculty in a rich collaborative performance.

Dogs and other pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises of the Bloomingdale School of Music, including inside the building, or in the backyard.
