Summary:

Experience sake like never before and discover why it’s increasingly becoming a mainstream beverage in the USA. Known for its wide range of flavors and style, Japanese rice wine undoubtedly pairs perfectly with Asian cuisine. But did you know that sake is an incredibly versatile wine that also pairs with your favorite everyday foods? Take your meal to the next level with unique and unforgettable pairings that redefine convention and indulge your taste buds in the world of approachable sake pairings.

Sit back and relax as your sommelier instructor sets the stage for a memorable, educational wine experience. Our wine classes provide a unique context for the enjoyment of wine appropriate for every level of interest and expertise. And best of all, you’ll leave us with greater understanding of the art of perfect sake pairings so you can ultimately experience the pleasure of sake and everyday food.

More recently, he was the General Manager and Beverage Director of Shalom Japan in Brooklyn, a wildly delicious Jewish-Japanese fusion restaurant owned by married chefs, Aaron Israel & Sawako Okochi. Andrew now brings solid sake knowledge and 14 years' restaurant experience to new friends across the country.
