If I didn't graduate with the Class of 1985 or from Sahuaro, can I still attend?

Yes, this weekend is open to all! Friends from other classes or schools, or those who moved away prior to graduation are welcome. Simply RSVP and pay the registration fee. We’d love to see you!

Will we be remembering classmates no longer with us?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will honor classmates we’ve lost since graduation. Please share names so we can remember them during our weekend celebration. Please email 198540yrSHSReunion@gmail.com with names.  Thank you!

Are Teachers and Staff able to attend!

Yes, if you are a former teacher or staff person you are encouraged to join us at our reunion! We would love to see you! If anyone knows how to reach any teachers, please email 198540yrSHSReunion@gmail.com.  If you are a teacher or staff person, please remember to RSVP so we know you are coming.

Can we buy any products like hats or t-shirts?

Yes, commemorative items will be available through Garment Graphics. The order window is April  20 -May 12, 2025. Click https://garmentgraphics.net/collections/sahuaro-high-school-40th-reunion-online-store. Cost is not included in your registration fee. Items will be shipped directly to you.

How can I help others who might not be able to afford all the costs associated with attending?

How can I share photos from high school for the slide show?

How can we get all the photos that our friends and classmates are taking during the weekend?

During the Reunion Weekend, we will share a QR code for everyone to upload their photos for group sharing.  The App will stay active up to 30 days after the Reunion.

There are a few deadlines, can you please explain?

The Early Bird Payment Plan is December 1, 2024 - If you sign up for this, someone will contact you and arrange payment. The Early Bird Deadline is February 28, 2025 and the Final Deadline is June 9, 2025.

What happens if there are excess funds after the reunion costs are complete?

If we by chance have excess funds after all costs are paid, we will donate them to the Sahuaro Cougar Foundation on behalf of our class. If I sign up for the Weekend Package, do I still have to sign up for the free events?

Yes please! The payment for the Weekend Package covers the main evening events on Friday and Saturday. We need to know how many people are attending each of the other events and it will be helpful to know who is attending as well. Thank you

How do the "free" events work?

Accepted Answer

To participate in the free events during the weekend, guests must attend either the Friday or Saturday night evening paid events or the paid for weekend package.  There are costs associate with the entire weekend and the committee has upfronted many of these expenses.  Thank you.

I missed the RSVP deadline and I still want to come
