How do I reserve my seats?  Do I pay now?

Grab a free ticket here at the Eventbrite page and we will reach out for the time you would like to arrive!  The meal is $40 per guest so pay when you finish as any dining outing.

Does it start at 4?  What's the timetable like?

Sage In Bloom is the casual supper club event hosted by Pensacola Catering.  We will reach out to you to make sure your table is ready when you would like to join.  Your table is yours for the evening and we go at a relaxed pace with our coursing so come to hang out!

Question 3

Is there a wine pairing? Do you charge corkage?

We do not sell alcohol but you are welcome to bring your favorite selections to dinner with you.  We will provide the glassware!

What pairings do you recommend?

Chef Ian Whitcomb was a sommelier by profession for over a decade and for this dinner recommends Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley, Syrah or Viognier from France's Rhone Valley.  For beer selections, brown ales or porter styles with their rich, toffee and chocolate notes work best.

Is there a vegan option?

A four course vegan tasting will be available at the same price but must be requested in advance.  This menu will include vegan variations of the first two courses substituting Shoreline olive oil and homemade vegetable stock.  The main course will be based on selections from the Palafox Market.
