The Toxics Use Reduction Institute (TURI) conducts important research designed to solve challenging toxics uses Massachusetts companies face. Our more recent research focuses on finding and promoting the adoption of safer alternatives to toxic solvents and coatings. In this webinar we will learn about TURI's efforts to develop and support the use of safer products for plumbers and painters as well as our collaborative research into safer textile and paper product coatings to replace per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). We will also learn more about federal funding to support Massachusetts companies adopt vacuum vapor degreasing technology.

This event is eligible for 3 toxics use reduction planner continuing education credits (CEUs).
