This interactive workshop helps participants deepen their understanding of LGBTQIA+ identities, challenge assumptions, and foster inclusive environments at work, home, and in the community.

Based on the nationally recognized Safe Zone Project curriculum, this session explores key terminology, gender and sexuality spectrums, privilege, and real-life allyship practices. Whether you’re beginning your journey or expanding your knowledge, you’ll leave inspired, informed, and ready to make a difference.
