Safe IN Sound is a deeper dive into the music we listen to. Come explore with DJ Illest Period & Lalli the relationship we have with music. What emotions does it invoke? How does it impact us psychologically? Why or how did it become a song for coping or a beloved memory?

We create a vulnerable conversation around the music we listen to and break down the sentimental attachments within them and their therapeutic aspect. Safe IN Sound challenges us to search within to find how the music is impacting us while bringing an intentional awareness to what kind of music we want in our lives.

Since the expression of music is a powerful coping tool, we will then cope through our own expression as we write or draw what comes to us as we listen to each song. This will be a natural transition to set our intentions of what we want to take away from the conversational experience as we lie back and allow the sound bath to guide us on an internal journey of integration.
