Engage with short, focused instructor-led sessions that improve your coaching and facilitation skills, make your way through SAFe Skills at your own pace, and leverage the Learning Lab for peer-to-peer support that encourages a ‘learn and apply’ cycle to support continuous improvement.

Advanced Scrum Master includes:

• Advanced Facilitator: Conflict & Collaboration Micro-credential, focusing on techniques that help facilitators navigate conflicts that arise in collaborative decision-making
• Three SAFe Skills, building mastery over flow metrics, identifying and applying flow accelerators, and cultivating high-performing enterprise teams
• A four-hour Learning Lab, allowing learners to complete case-study-based scenarios in small groups, to consolidate what they have learned through real-world application

Class Prerequisite Recommendations:

While not required, It is highly recommended that you have already taken the SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) class and passed the SSM exam before attending this class. It is also highly recommended that you have experience as a Scrum Master as the in-person sessions are role play / activity based that need experience and knowledge to work through real world challenges. During the class you must be an active participant in all group activities and labs to meet the criteria for passing the class. Class Schedule

Three SAFe Skills (Measuring Team and ART Flow, Accelerating Team Flow & Cultivating High-Performing Teams) are self-paced activities that students must complete before the Learning Lab

Advanced Facilitator: Conflict & Collaboration Micro-credential will be a combination of self-paced learning and a facilitated workshop held on June 30th from 12:30 to 5:00pm EST

Four-hour Learning Lab will be held on July 2nd from 12:30 to 5:00pm EST

Throughout the learning path, learners will complete various activities to practice and apply knowledge, and the Learning Lab will cumulatively assess all skills gained. Those who complete all required elements will be eligible for the Advanced Scrum Master certification

Cancellation Policy

• Students who cancel at any time will be responsible for the Eventbrite cancelation fees. TEKsystems will authorize a refund for full amount less the cancelation fees to be refunded back to the original method of payment (up to 7% of the total ticket price). • TEKsystems enforces fees if enrollment is cancelled within 14 business days of the first day of class. TEKsystems must receive written notification of class cancellation. • Students who do not notify TEKsystems by 4pm EST at least 14 full business days before the class start date incur a charge of 100% of the total cost of the course. • TEKsystems may cancel any Course on behalf of our instructors in the event that performance of Service or any Workshop under this Agreement is prevented, restricted, delayed or interfered with by reason of acts of Force Majeure, floods, lightning, earthquakes, war, revolution, civil commotion, acts of public enemies, blockade, embargo, which are not caused by TEKsystems.

TEKsystems may reschedule courses as necessary.
