Immerse yourself in the magic of ecstatic dance as you flow to the rhythm of a live DJ set and beats. Let the music guide you into a state of deep connection and joy. Then enjoy sound immersion intended to bring restoration into your being. This transformative experience is meant to support release, rejuvenation, and recharge to your spirit. What to wear?

Comfy, freeing clothing to dance! You may also want to wear multiple layers to peel off when things heat up on the dance floor and add them to warm up for the stilling soundbath.

What to bring?

BYO yoga mat, water (there is also a water station there), any additional supports like a pillow, etc. that you may like. There are bolsters and blankets available for use on-site.

What is ecstatic dance?

Ecstatic dance is an opportunity to let loose and find free, joyful flow and movement within your body in a safe, non-judgmental space. Additionally, no talking is on the dance floor, no phones and no substance-use. Just good, clean, transforming sober fun!

What is sound immersion?

Sound immersion is an experience of deep listening and stillness, allowing the vibrations of acoustic instruments such as gong, handpan, singing bowls, ocean drum, chimes and more to wash over you. It brings you to deep restoration, leaving you in effortless peace and stress relief.
