Sacred Sound Journey

Join us for a sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and more! A short guided meditation starts you on your journey and then the sounds and vibrations of the gongs and bowls lead you on your way to a relaxed state of wellbeing. The meditation begins at 4:00. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Doors open at 3:30 and will be locked at 4:00. No late admittance. Space is limited to 15 people to allow. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Advance purchase of ticket required. $33
