Do I need any experience to attend?

No prior experience is needed. This sound bath is beginner-friendly — just come as you are.

Bring a mat or something comfortable to lie on, a blanket, a pillow, water, and an eye mask if you like.

How long is the sound bath?

The full experience is about 90 minutes: 15 minutes to settle, set an intention, with a guided meditation. 45–60 minutes of immersive sound, and a brief closing with optional Reiki or aromatherapy.
