About this event

Spirituality • Other

An invitation to surrender to rhythm and let music guide you inward. Much like meditation, it can open the door to altered states of awareness. Across cultures and traditions, dance has long been celebrated as a path to serenity, insight and connection with the divine. Many describe a profound sense of unity—with others, with the Earth and with their own inner being.

Our journey begins by awakening life force through guided breathwork and visualization, gently preparing body and mind. From there, we flow into a spirited dance session led by a live DJ, allowing movement to carry us into expansion and joy. We then settle into stillness, immersed in the resonance of gong, quartz crystal bowls and ancient sound-healing instruments. This soundscape creates space for deep restoration, drawing on the timeless art of sound healing—where vibration itself becomes medicine, restoring balance throughout the body.

Join us for this interactive experience exploring the transformative power of sacred sound and movement. As a special gift, each participant will receive a crystal gemstone to take home—a lasting reminder of the journey.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
