The Sacred Song and Sound Immersion offers a sacred space to slow down, listen to your body, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. The session begins with an adaptogenic mushroom tea ceremony, where participants infuse their intentions into the tea, setting the stage for personal transformation. Birdie will guide you through a meditative journey, using sacred songs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments to create a soundscape that invites relaxation and introspection. This immersive experience is designed to help you release tension, embrace your authentic self, and find harmony within.

Participants will enter a serene environment at Aloka — Sound Bath House, where Birdie will lead a slow, intentional journey to center the mind and spirit. The adaptogenic mushroom tea ceremony sets a grounding tone, followed by guided meditation and immersive sound healing. Expect a nurturing space to soften, release, and listen deeply to your body’s needs, accompanied by the soothing vibrations of sacred songs and instruments. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in. Bring a yoga mat or cushion, a blanket, and an open heart ready to explore.

NOTE

Bring Your Mug: Bring your most intentional mug for the tea ceremony.
Arrive on Time: Please arrive promptly to give yourself time to settle in before the session begins.
Dress Comfortably: Wear cozy, layered clothing as your body temperature may drop during deep relaxation.
Nests — We have 18 mats (if you have a nest you are connected with please bring your own as we may run out of mats for everyone), pillows, and some blankets and bolsters. Bring your blankets and bolster in case we run out. It can also be grounding to bring a blanket that you have a connection with.
Stay Cozy: A shawl or blanket will help you stay warm and comfortable, enhancing your experience.
Scents — Please refrain from strong odors (ie. perfumes, colognes, definitely no cucumber melon)
Stay Hydrated — Bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated before and after the session.
