You’ll embark on a guided journey of Self-Discovery through Astrology, using your personal birth chart as a tool for insight, healing, and growth. Each week includes group discussion, reflection exercises, and practices to help you step into your authenticity and power.

Founded by Keith, a dedicated and heart-centered guide, Sacred Mind Soul Therapy merges clinical understanding with spiritual wisdom. Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management and Leadership from Colorado Christian University and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University (2021). He is also certified in Prepare and Enrich Premarital Counseling and serves as an active unlicensed psychotherapist.

Keith’s approach is integrative and deeply personalized—rooted in his passion for helping others find clarity, purpose, and peace. As a part of our growing soul-centered support collective, Keith brings together traditional mental health tools and spiritual modalities to foster healing journeys that are both grounded and transformative.
