Journaling isn’t just therapeutic—it’s creative, inspiring, and fun!
In this 12-week class, girls in grades 6–8 will explore a unique journaling style each week, often with art activities. Through daily prompts, they’ll discover new ways to express themselves—choosing either words or drawings—while learning how journaling can calm their souls, build emotional resilience, and deepen their walk with the Lord.
Led by health journalist Amy Denney, Sacred Scribblings blends creativity, faith, and science into an uplifting experience that equips girls with lifelong tools for reflection, healing, and joy.
