What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a powerful somatic practice that uses a specific breathing pattern - a continuous, circular breath without pauses - to access deeper states of consciousness and release stored emotions, tension, and trauma from the body.
Unlike traditional meditation, CCB is an active practice that works directly with your nervous system to create profound shifts in how you feel, think, and move through the world.
Your 60-Minute Session Journey:
Opening & Intention Setting (10 minutes) We begin by creating a warm, welcoming and sacred container for your experience. You'll share what's present for you on this day - whether it's career anxiety, relationship stress, or simply feeling stuck. We'll set a clear intention for your session and discuss any concerns.
Active Breathwork Journey (40 minutes) Lying comfortably, you'll begin the conscious connected breathing pattern - a rhythmic, continuous breath that activates your body's natural healing intelligence. Guided by carefully curated music and my gentle prompts, you'll journey through different phases:
- Activation: Your nervous system begins to shift and emotions may surface
- Expansion: Deeper releases as your breath opens blocked energy pathways
- Integration: Your system naturally begins to settle and reorganize
- Completion: A natural conclusion as your breathing returns to normal
Integration & Closing (10 minutes) We'll gently transition back to ordinary consciousness. This is sacred time to process what emerged - insights, emotions, physical sensations, or memories. We will support each other in understanding your experience and integrating the shifts that occurred.
