Sacred Play: An Experiential Learning Lab for Sound Journey Facilitators

***No experience required — this space is open to both new and seasoned facilitators.

In this Learning Lab, we’ll explore the art, practice, and responsibility of guiding sound journeys through the lens of Sacred Play.

The first half of our time together focuses on best practices: how to create safe, intentional containers; work with intuition; select and sequence instruments; and meet participants where they are. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, explore real scenarios, and deepen your understanding of what it means to hold sound with integrity.

The second half shifts into experiential exploration. You’ll have space to practice, attune, experiment, and embody what we’ve discussed in a supportive, low-pressure environment. This portion includes both receiving and offering sound, allowing the learning to settle into your body in a grounded, meaningful way.

What to Bring:

• A blanket, yoga mat, cushion, or anything you need to be comfortable
• Comfortable clothing
• Water
• Any instruments you feel called to explore (optional)

Part of the evening will involve receiving sound, and part will involve movement and hands-on practice—so dress in a way that supports ease.
