🌿 More Details:
🧘♀️Opening Circle & Intention Setting
We’ll begin by gathering in a quiet, supportive circle to gently arrive and ground into the space. With a warm cup of herbal tea in hand, you’ll be guided through a brief mindfulness practice to soften inward. Together, we’ll set personal intentions for the day—creating a quiet anchor to return to as you move through the retreat. Sharing is always optional; presence is enough.
🌿 Restorative Yoga +
Ease into the day with a deeply relaxing restorative yoga session, supported by blankets and props. The gentle poses are held for several minutes to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind—no experience needed.
🎶 Sound Bath
Lie back and receive soothing vibrations from crystal bowls and chimes, guiding you into a meditative state. This immersive sound experience promotes relaxation, release, and energetic balance.
🌀 Guided Meditation & Reflection
Be gently guided through a grounding meditation, followed by reflective prompts to explore your inner landscape with presence and compassion. No experience necessary—just bring your open heart.
🍽 Silent, Mindful Lunch
Share a nourishing, light meal in silent presence. This lunch is an invitation to savor each bite, honor the moment, and practice mindfulness in community.
🌬 Gentle Micro-Movement + Yoga Nidra
Invite fluidity and breath into your body with slow, intuitive movements, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation—a practice of deep rest that allows the body to heal and the mind to settle.
💌 Sacred Letter to Self
With soft music and time carved out just for you, write a heartfelt letter to your future self—a gentle act of honoring your truth, hopes, or healing.
🔁 Closing Circle & Reflection
We’ll gather in a quiet, intentional closing circle to integrate your experience, share (if desired), and leave feeling grounded, seen, and supported.

Nina is a certified yoga teacher and sound practitioner specializing in the gentle art of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra—practices that support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and inner connection. Her approach blends movement, stillness, and sound to create space for alignment, reflection, and healing. Nina is also a dedicated student of feminine-form Ayurveda through The Shakti School, where she studies a heart-centered, intuitive approach to healing that honors the body's natural rhythms and the wisdom of the divine feminine. Her work is rooted in the understanding that rest is not a luxury, but a vital part of our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. By integrating principles from Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breath awareness, sound healing, and feminine-form Ayurveda, Nina offers practices that invite individuals to reconnect with their innate wisdom and cultivate a sense of wholeness. Outside of her offerings, Nina finds joy in quiet walks with her dog Mowgli and continues to deepen her study of Indian wisdom traditions that connect her to her roots.
