This free 30-minute online session is a gentle, soulful invitation to come back home to your body. Through guided dance meditation, you’ll explore intuitive movement, breath, and rhythm as tools for self-awareness and self-love.

Not at all! This is about intuitive movement, not choreography or steps. You can't get it wrong.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear something comfy you can move in. Bring water and maybe a journal for reflections afterward.

It's more about connection than cardio. You'll move, breathe, and feel - whatever your body needs that day.

Will this be recorded?

No, this space is meant to be experience live so that you can be fully present and in your body.
