• Reduce stimulants (caffeine, meat, alcohol, recreational drugs) 24 hours prior.
• Remove phones, metal jewelry, and smart devices before the session.
  If you use prescribed medical substances, please inform me during our consultation.
• Doors close at 6:10 pm. To respect the process and avoid disruptions plan arrive a few minutes earlier to settle in. No late entry will be allowed after this time.
