What kind of breathwork do you teach?

We teach circular, rhythmic breathing  - similar to Holotropic breathwork created by Stanislav Grof. It allows for emotional release, enlightened thoughts and deep, spiritual work.

Is this a beginner class?

Yes. All levels are welcomed as you will 'breathe at your own pace.' We are here to hold space, ensure proper technique and create safety, comfort, love and freedom as you process.

Question 3

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a yoga mat. We also highly recommend an eye mask or small towel and water. You can also bring blankets to make yourself extra comfortable.

Can my child participate?

We recommend ages 14 and up to attend. We've had many teens throughout the years attend our classes and it's always been a very transformational experience for them.

Question 5

Will I be laying down or sitting up?

Accepted Answer

You will be laying down the entire time. We suggest you bring any pillows to ensure a more comfortable position for your body.

Question 6

What are some bodily shifts I may expect?

Accepted Answer

Everyone's experience is different, but some reactions to circular breathwork may be tetany of the hands, light-headedness, a tingling sensation and a somatic release emotionally. All symptoms are removed once you begin breathing regularly.
