Piloted in 2021, "WELLderness: An Outdoor Wellness Series" was developed to bring members of the community together (in person and online) to engage in activities that would have a positive impact on their physical and mental health and well-being. Throughout the year, people have the opportunity to participate in FREE events that center around fostering better connections to self and the environment.
**Masks are no longer required. They remain optional for those who wish to wear one during a Friends event**
About the Instructors
Christine and Brian have many years of musical training and experience performing. They are multi-instrumentalists, who work with acoustic and electronic tools to create greater peace and bring the listener on a healing journey.
What you will be doing
This unique event blends soothing live music with the healing vibrations of singing bowls, including sounds and rhythms inspired by the natural world. Let waves of melody and ambient tones transport you to a place of deep relaxation and connection. Breathe, listen, and harmonize with nature in this rejuvenating sonic experience.
Explore how deep listening enhances connection - with yourself, and the world around you. This immersive session combines guided reflection and tools for mindful communication. End with a relaxing sound bath to help you integrate and unwind.
