Join us on a Sunday morning to slow down, connect, and restore—both within ourselves and with our community. We’ll begin with a group meditation and transition into a slow movement dance—to cultivate attunement, fluidity, and a S L O W presence in the body. The session will close with the warmth of a sauna in noble silence, allowing the body to integrate. This is an invitation to show up as we are, co-regulating with our community, replenishing our energy, and preparing for the week ahead.
Stick around afterwards for a community potluck, Friendsgiving, and celebration of Tasja’s birthday! You’re welcome to join us at 1pm just for the Potluck, and skip dancing.
